Job description

Role: ERP/DATA ANALYST

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

need local candidate of MN with DL ..candidate must have maximum experience on Data analyst,ERP, supply chain and domin is manufacturing

Need a potential candidate who has spent time working in supply chain-based functions we support—purchasing, production planning, demand planning, procurement, or materials management & ideally within industrial manufacturing sector. I think the projects we would target would be less around data architecture & more around enabling the day-to-day process optimization of these functional teams (primarily supply chain & manufacturing operations) with data & analytics.

 

Experience/skillset

·         Deep understanding of ERP systems and ERP data structures

·         Able to drive adoption and be resilient in implementing process & digital transformations

·         Familiarity with SQL—know how to connect various datasets and curate into functional data that can be a foundation for analytics and data visualizations

·         Experience working in procurement, Demand planning, production planning, materials in manufacturing sector

·         Experience developing content in BI platforms, from raw data curated data visualizations

·         Excels in a position where both a.) business processes/day-to-day operations and b.) systems and data fluency are equally important. And being able to “translate” both to appropriate parties

 

Interpersonal skills/capabilities

·         Strong project management skills—breaking down strategy/initiatives into manageable projects then actions

·         Keen eye for data visualization that is presentable and digestible for diverse user base

·         Ability to coordinate & align with cross-functional/adjacent departments

·         Comfortable delegating tasks to various teams and driving project tempo during transformations

·         Collaborative and can-do approach, yet doesn’t hesitate to speak up with concerns
