DATA SCIENTIST-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position is for an early-career professional responsible for supporting analytics, modeling, and data exploration initiatives. The role involves cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data, conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, and building basic statistical and machine learning models under supervision. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and assist with model deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

• Support analytics, modeling, and data exploration initiatives by cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing data.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Build basic statistical and machine learning models under supervision.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations.
• Write reproducible code with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems.
• Assist with model deployment and monitoring.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Technical Skills: Candidates must be proficient in Python or R, have an understanding of basic statistics and machine learning, and be familiar with SQL and Git.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms is preferred.
• Effective use of AI coding assistants is considered a plus.

Additional Information
Driving will be required as part of the position duties. The supplier must hold validation of a non-restricted current driver's license. The record must show no alcohol/drug-related driving offenses within the previous five years, and the license must not be currently suspended or restricted.
