As a Business Experience and Planning Advisor Senior within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.
Responsibilities include:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology leadership, Finance, and Project Management teams to drive project and cost center budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitoring Initiative Forecasts: Pulling and analyzing data from the project financial system of record and working with PMs to correct any issues. Goal is to provide an accurate forecast at the initiative level to provide executive leadership an accurate forecast at the portfolio level so they can make informed decisions.
Monitoring Cost Center Forecasts: Analyzing data provided by Finance and working with Technology leadership to correct any issues. Goal is to provide an accurate forecast at the department level to provide executive leadership an accurate forecast at the higher organization level so they can make informed decisions.
Budgeting: Working with Technology leaders to gather their strategic plans for the following year, converting those plans into high-level initiative and cost center financial impacts, and entering that financial information into the corporate planning tool. Then working with that leadership to revise the overall plan (timing, size/cost, scope adjustments) to meet financial targets for the following year.
Business Case Development: Facilitate the development of business cases for initiatives within the portfolio so senior leadership understand what is being approved and will be delivered and so initiatives are approved with the appropriate resources to achieve the scope of work listed.   • Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
