Job description

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to support daily operations and help create a welcoming experience for guests. This role plays an important part in keeping PGN Tee Time activities organized, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone visiting the facility.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with tee time check-in, scheduling, and guest service operations
  • Assist with booking parties and associated responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding tee times and daily operations
  • Help monitor pace of play in the simulators
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phones and updating reservations
  • Support special events and operational needs

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and reservation system skills
