Experienced Automotive Technician | $55–$60 Flate Rate

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Air-Conditioned Shop | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Are you an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality repairs? Join a professional, high-performing shop working on automotive gas & diesel vehicles. This is a great fit whether you’re already a diesel specialist or a strong automotive technician.

Compensation

$55–$60 per flagged hour (based on experience and skill)

Earn up to $120,000+ annually

40-hour guarantee available for up to four weeks upon request

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles

• Engine and internal mechanical repairs

• Fuel system and injector diagnostics/repairs

• Turbocharger and cooling system repairs

• Suspension, brakes, and drivetrain repairs

• Electrical diagnostics and repairs

• Pull cabs when required

• Remove and replace engines and transmissions

• Perform advanced diagnostics and drivability troubleshooting

• Complete digital inspections and document repairs accurately

• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional automotive technician experience

Diesel experience preferred (strong automotive techs transitioning into diesel encouraged)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Own professional tools

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
