BECOMING OUR OFFICE MANAGER:
Our full-time schedule offers flexibility with a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or a 4.5 workweek with two options:
  • Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

As our Office Manager, you get to take on a variety of important (and fun!) tasks. You're responsible for managing assets and software, troubleshooting technology issues, and making sure that everything runs smoothly. But that's not all - you also get to flex your organizational muscles by managing incoming and outgoing mail, keeping the office tidy, and maintaining supplies.
When it comes to company meetings and party events, you're the go-to person for making sure everything is set up and runs like a well-oiled machine. You love learning new technology and keeping updated on the latest and greatest of our busy office!
WHAT MATTERS MOST
Are you detail-oriented with a love for creating systems? Can you work independently? We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of technology, even if you don't have experience. A willingness to use new technology and try new processes will take you far as our Office Manager! We'd love it if you have experience with task management technology like Asana, Monday, or Quire, but it's not required. If you're hungry to learn and motivated to help people, this may be the perfect position for you!
