Sales Representatives are the first impression leaders for our boutique PR firm. Imagine a PR team that is actually fun to work with! We are on the hunt for an extreme self-starter that can work within a multi‐faceted and extremely fast-paced environment. Someone who knows the ins and outs of a well rounded and effective B2B sales process along side of lead generation initiatives, and strong closing skills. Quickly responding to and closely monitoring sales leads. Must possess superior sales knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, personable skills, and a wealth of general business knowledge.
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and optimizing our CRM system. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This is a hybrid, full-time position that reports directly to the CEO and Operations Manager. Experience within an Agency setting is a plus.

  • Collaborate closely with the email marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
  • Implement drip marketing strategies for leads that go silent.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Conduct outreach and lead generation for sponsorship sales.
  • Attend regular sales networking meetings for BNI Chapter and other applicable networking organizations (remotely or in person).
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a PR agency or related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
