Physical Therapist — High-Growth Clinical & Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing organization built around exceptional clinical care, teamwork, and long-term career opportunity. Whether you are a motivated new graduate looking for strong mentorship or an experienced PT ready to step into leadership, we want to speak with you.

This is not a high-volume, burn-out environment. Our clinicians are trusted to manage their schedules, deliver quality care, and work at a sustainable pace while being supported by a collaborative team. We are building a culture where great therapists can grow into lead clinician, clinic director, regional leadership, and future expansion opportunities.

Compensation & Benefit

We are offering a highly competitive package designed to exceed many hospital, outpatient, and private-practice opportunities:

  • Above-market base compensation, commensurate with experience and location
  • Performance incentives and productivity bonuses with no arbitrary cap
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates
  • Student loan support and/or continuing education reimbursement
  • Flexible scheduling options, including four-day workweek opportunities where available
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and dedicated CE days
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Full malpractice coverage
  • Licensing, professional dues, and credentialing reimbursement
  • Paid mentorship, clinical training, and leadership-development programs
  • Clear pathway toward Clinic Director, Regional Leadership, and organizational growth roles

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient patient population.
  • Deliver evidence-based care while building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
  • Help shape clinic culture, patient experience, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in leadership initiatives, mentoring, and growth opportunities based on your career goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced Physical Therapists and emerging leaders are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • A positive, accountable, team-oriented approach to patient care.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in growing with an organization.

Why Join Us

You will have the chance to build a career—not simply fill a position. Our organization is investing in outstanding clinicians who want excellent compensation, a fun and supportive work environment, autonomy in how they manage care, and a real seat at the table as we grow.

If you are looking for a place where your clinical skills, ideas, and leadership potential are valued, we would love to meet you.
