Lighthouse Kids is growing and looking for passionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! RBTs provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disorders under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help implement behavior plans and track progress to support meaningful outcomes across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities  

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior 

Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans 

Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans 

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure consistent and effective treatment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred)
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to bend/squat and run at short burst up to 300 feet.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to pass additional external fingerprint screenings as applicable
  • Must obtain RBT 40 hour training certification prior to scheduled start date (trainings are paid for and provided to you at least 2 weeks before your scheduled start date)
