Our team of BCBAs, Supervisors, and Behavior Technicians work closely with families to build skills, celebrate wins, and make a real impact - all in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Bring 

  • Provide in-home, & community-based ABA therapy

Here's What We're Looking For

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities 
  • Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned. 
  • You'll need personal and reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client homes
  • Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Position Requirements

  • Stay active throughout the day by sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, and frequently transitioning between floor and standing during therapy sessions.
  • Bring energy, patience, and professionalism while actively engaging with children, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring client safety by responding calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors.
  • Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs. (as required by assigned cases), complete documentation using electronic devices, and travel reliably between assigned client locations.

Expected hours: Part-time 10 - 15 hours per week

  • You are currently pursuing or have completed college coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child Development, Sociology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
