Guest Experience Shift Lead – Peppa Pig World of Play - Pay Rate: $15.98/hourYour first step into leadership starts here!

Looking to grow into leadership but don’t have years of management experience yet?
This could be the perfect next step.

At Peppa Pig World of Play, our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you’ll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment — with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way.

You’ll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you!


What You’ll Do
  • Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
  • Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
  • Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
  • Help train and motivate team members
  • Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
  • Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
