We're one of the world's largest online Halloween costume retailers, and our busiest (and most exciting!) time of the year is almost here. That's why we're looking for 50+ Equipment Operators to help make Halloween magic happen from our warehouse on Garvey Avenue in Elsmere, KY.
We'll provide paid, hands-on training to teach you how to safely operate our Order Pickers. You'll be retrieving and storing inventory up to 25 feet in the air, so if you're ready to rise to the occasion, we've got the perfect job for you.
Pass your written and driving certification, and you'll earn an additional $2.00 per hour.
This role is perfect for someone who:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Operate an order picker to ensure that product is properly overstocked
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Inventory management team
  • Use a handheld scanner to perform inventory related processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Practice safe work habits
  • Have a full understanding of how inventory is handled at Fun.com from arrival to departure
  • Other duties as assigned

Wage:
Starting at $15.25 (+2 for machines once trained) + increase on 09/06/2026
Requirements
  • Experience setting and meeting goals
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and in group settings without direct supervision
  • Self-motivated and open to rapid change in priorities and procedures
  • Possess superior problem-solving skills
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand on your feet for the duration of a shift
  • Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • 18 years of age or over (to train on equipment)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, turret truck, order picker)

Salary Description
