Are you ready to serve with purpose? The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking dedicated, disciplined, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Detention Officers. In this essential role, you will help maintain the safety, security, and order of our detention facilities while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

What We Offer

  • Starting Compensation: $54,000 annually
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in equal payments bi-weekly in your first year)
  • $100 Monthly Transportation Allowance (each month for a year)

Key Responsibilities

As a Detention Officer, you will:

  • Supervise and monitor inmate activities and daily facility operations
  • Enforce rules, regulations, and security procedures
  • Ensure the safety of staff, inmates, and visitors

  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Minimum Requirements
