We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our growing team! This is a fully virtual position for a licensed clinician in the state of Connecticut, offering a rewarding opportunity to lead and support a passionate team in delivering top-tier ABA therapy services.
Position: Director of Clinical (Remote)
Location: Connecticut-based license required
Type: Full-time, Remote
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Oversee development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Ensure services are compliant with ethical and regulatory standards
Conduct case reviews, audits, and monitor clinical quality assurance
Collaborate with families and staff to promote client progress and satisfaction
Offer ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
Support the onboarding of new clinicians
Qualifications:
Must hold an active clinical license in Connecticut (e.g., BCBA-D, LBA, or similar)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy or related clinical leadership
Demonstrated experience in supervising BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs
Strong background in developing and overseeing treatment plans
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment with virtual tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $120.00 per hour
