As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will engage in a range of responsibilities that reflect our commitment to effective patient care:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with established best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health concerns effectively.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the quality of care and develop professionally.
• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing support on mental health issues, treatment options, and accessible community resources.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, incorporating innovative findings into your practice.

You will work with a diverse array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly focused on delivering psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities that foster collaborative relationships.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, allowing for adaptive responses to complex patient needs.
• A capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating personal accountability.

• Experience with specific patient populations, such as individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, or disruptive behavior disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as telehealth platforms for remote consultations.
