Job description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Autism Specialty Group, LLC

Autism Specialty Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Services are provided in the home, school, or community under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.

We offer paid training time, ongoing supervision, and a supportive work environment focused on quality care and professional growth. Positions may be available under employee or independent service arrangements depending on qualifications and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs as written in treatment plans

  • Collect and record accurate session data

  • Follow behavior intervention and safety procedures

  • Participate in supervision and training meetings

  • Complete session notes and required documentation

  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB

  • High school diploma required; related coursework preferred

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations

  • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction


Background Screening Requirement (AHCA)

Employment or service engagement is contingent upon successful completion of Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by AHCA.
