Senior .NET Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Senior .NET Developer to join a well-established global organization and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of business-critical software applications.

This is a hands-on technical role suited for a seasoned .NET professional who combines strong software engineering expertise with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers. The successful candidate will work on complex application initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, and help maintain high standards of software quality, scalability, and performance.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Warren, NJ. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

  • Translate business and system requirements into technical specifications and scalable software solutions.

  • Contribute to application architecture and serve as a technical escalation point for complex development matters.

  • Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code in accordance with established coding standards.

  • Review existing applications and identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.

Required Technical Expertise
  • Strong professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.

  • Extensive knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.

  • Very strong hands-on expertise with Windows Forms (WinForms).

  • Advanced understanding of object-oriented software design and development principles.

  • Strong experience with multithreading, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies, including Key Vault, Blob Storage, Microsoft Graph API, and related cloud services.

  • Expert-level SQL and T-SQL development skills.

  • Strong understanding of database schemas, query optimization, and performance tuning.
