\n Location: Throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area

\n Schedule: Part Time or Full Time, Inquire Within

\n Compensation: 100% Commission Option, or get company leads and marketing for a split

\n Duties:

\n Work From Home!!

\n Source new business through daily\/weekly\/monthly contact with prospects via face\-to\-face meetings, telephone and e\-mail communication
\n <\/div>\n
\n If working company leads, following the ASF process and follow up procedures in CRM
\n <\/div>\n
\n Maintaining the CRM with all notes, emails, phone calls, and marketing info
\n <\/div>\n
\n Build relationships with current and new mortgage loan officers
\n <\/div>\n
\n Build relationships with current and new outside sales representatives
\n <\/div>\n
\n Keep management, processors, outside sales representatives, and loan officers up to date on all things pertaining to files
\n <\/div>\n
\n Develop the relationship, then refer to the proper team members within our company
\n <\/div>\n
\n Continue to help team members build the client relationship
\n <\/div>\n
\n Provide on\-going service and support to all employees as well as outside companies we work with
\n <\/div>\n
\n Maintain positive attitude, be apart of the growing ASF culture
\n <\/div>\n
\n If you have the desire to be a leader, than make sure to work towards that through every interaction and transaction and walk the talk
\n <\/div>\n
\n Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
\n <\/div>\n
\n

\n Experience Needed:

\n AZRMLS License and ongoing CE
\n <\/div>\n
\n Valid AZ Drivers License with dependable transportation
\n <\/div>\n
\n Cell phone and laptop computer, and home office setup
\n <\/div>\n
\n Driven to success and a six figure income
\n <\/div>\n
\n Have impeccable organizational and follow\-up skills
