Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Join the SkyCare ABA Team!

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join a mission-driven team committed to meaningful progress using evidence-based approaches like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.

Your Role:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members

  • Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success

  • Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency

Qualifications:

  • RBT certified

  • Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD

  • Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities

  • Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
