About the Role

The PM Line Cook plays a key role in delivering exceptional dinner experiences for guests at Lone Mountain Ranch. Working as part of the evening culinary team, this position is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while helping maintain the pace, precision, and consistency required during dinner service.

This role is ideal for a cook who enjoys the energy of evening service, takes pride in craftsmanship and presentation, and thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment. The PM Line Cook works closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to create memorable dining experiences that reflect the Ranch's commitment to hospitality and quality.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and execute dinner menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
  • Maintain organized, well-stocked line stations to support efficient evening service
  • Complete daily prep work and production to ensure readiness for service and future meal periods
  • Monitor food quality, temperatures, and presentation throughout service
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special guest requests with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Assist with closing procedures, cleaning tasks, and preparation for the next day's operations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience in a restaurant, resort, lodge, or hospitality setting preferred
  • Experience in high-volume or upscale dinner service preferred
  • Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during fast-paced dinner service
  • Strong attention to detail, food quality, and presentation
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, carry food and supplies, and lift up to 50 pounds
