Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Manual inspections to identify surface defects using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
  • Interpret Blueprints, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
  • Documenting defects and creating Non-Conforming Material Reports
  • 2 years’ experience in a Quality Control environment.  
  • Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving
  • Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 
  • Experience with engine parts is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products 
  • Working experience with high-precision measurements
  • Manual inspections using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
  • Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Inspection Report experience
