Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is a key member of the NTM Team. The Quality Control Inspector position is responsible to process and support all quality and continuous improvements within NTM Denver. This includes assurance-related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards; develop, implement and manage Quality and Lean systems designed to ensure that NTM always meet the customer's requirements and a system that engages all NTM's employees to continuously improve to be the best at everything we do. A background in Safety and Manufacturing are also relevant to the job.
Requirements
Job Duties:
  • Drive Lean processes and thinking throughout the organization
  • As a key member of the NTM Team, become appropriately proficient with all Quality, Safety, and Reliability needs to properly communicate, train and audit all function in assigned locations and facilities
  • Collaborate with functional managers, create specific procedures and processes to ensure products and services meet customer and Company quality and safety requirements
  • Team with functional managers, drive compliance and sustain NTM / Mazzella Management System outcomes; Safety; Regulatory Compliance; Customer Satisfaction; ISO 9001:2015 Certification and; Standardization, Lean, Root Cause Analysis & Continual Improvement
  • Ensure that NTM / Mazzella Management System Key Performance Indicators are on target
  • Prepare for and represent the company during all quality system audits
  • Prepare quality reports as requested by customers, functional managers, and NTM Leadership Team
  • Launch investigations for "nonconformance and corrective action" relating to customer issues
  • Plan, promote and organize training activities relating to Corrective Actions / Opportunities for Improvement, product and/or system quality & reliability
  • Other duties as assigned
