The right candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working within established processes, and confident in managing a high volume of administrative tasks with minimal oversight. You will play a critical role in keeping job budgets, purchase orders, vendor pricing, and purchasing documentation current and accurate across our active project portfolio.
Responsibilities
$42
Qualifications
• Prior administrative or operations support experience - construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in data entry or document management
• Comfortable working in Buildertrend or similar construction management software (training provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to manage multiple open tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and reliable - you follow through, meet deadlines, and ask questions when something is unclear
• Professional communicator with vendors and internal team members
