CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Senior to support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. In this role your overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. Responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and attributes for success: 
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. 
- Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements. 
- Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise. 
- Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements. 

Qualifications: 
- Six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. 
- Two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). 
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. 
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. 
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. 
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. 
- Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. 
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
