What jobs make 10000 a month without a degree?

Fulltime live-in roles such as real estate agents, sales managers, or entrepreneurs can earn $10,000 or more monthly without a degree, often relying on experience, sales skills, or business acumen. High-income potential in these fields depends on performance, network, and market conditions, with some roles requiring certifications or licenses but not necessarily formal degrees.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the interview should focus on assessing a candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should evaluate cultural fit and interpersonal skills. For a fulltime live-in position, this balance helps ensure the candidate is both capable and compatible with the household environment.
