A highly respected, privately owned pediatric dental practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. Practice Highlights

• Comprehensive pediatric scope including preventive and restorative care, interceptive orthodontics, Invisalign, and in-office general anesthesia
• 7 treatment suites (2 closed operatories and 5 hygiene/orthodontic chairs)
• Advanced technology, including Digital X-ray, iTero Scanner, Solea Laser, on-site laboratory, and modern sterilization center
• Highly trained Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs) who maximize efficiency and productivity
• Mentorship from leadership with more than 30 years of pediatric dentistry experience
• Established reputation and loyal patient base with strong referral relationships

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Four-day workweek
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Enjoy extended weekends and more time to experience everything the Columbia River Gorge has to offer

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200/day guarantee or 30–35% of net collections
• Proven earning potential of $300,000+
• $35,000 sign-on and relocation package
