Join a compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation team in Okemos!
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to support our physical and occupational therapy staff and help patients achieve their recovery goals.
Position Summary
The Rehab Aide plays a vital role in the daily operations of our rehabilitation services by assisting therapists, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient treatments and exercises under supervision
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment
  • Escort patients to and from treatment areas
  • Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report concerns to clinical staff
  • Support front-desk and administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, stocking supplies, laundry)
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or physical therapy preferred
  • Prior experience as a Rehab Aide, Therapy Aide, or in a healthcare setting is a plus (not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
