Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our full-time, in-office team. In this role, you will manage insurance accounts and support our broader insurance and financial services offerings. Your work will be critical in ensuring smooth transactions and helping clients navigate their insurance and financial protection needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain insurance accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with clients, to coordinate insurance policies and related financial services.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of transactions, policies, and client information.
  • Assist with insurance and financial services inquiries and support the agent team in delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with timely, clear, and professional communication.
  • Utilize State Farm systems and financial services tools to manage accounts and documentation effectively.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation activities to support business growth.
Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms) and financial services tools.
  • Commitment to working full-time in the office or hybrid.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding client service and support.
  • Insurance licenses are not required to apply but will be required to obtain as part of the role.
  • Previous experience in insurance, insurance or financial services preferred.
