Nanny's & Granny's is seeking an exceptional full-time nanny for a wonderful family in Southwest Las Vegas. This long-term position is perfect for a compassionate, organized, and dependable professional who is passionate about helping children thrive.

You'll be caring for one incredible 8-year-old boy who is bright, affectionate, curious, and loves STEM activities, robotics, baseball, horseback riding, agriculture, animals, and spending time outdoors. He flourishes with routine, encouragement, and patient guidance, making this a rewarding opportunity for a nanny who enjoys building lasting relationships. The family is specifically looking for someone comfortable with a child who has both developmental and medical needs, not just childcare experience.

  • Assist with homeschool support
  • Transport to activities and appointments
  • Plan age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Grocery shopping and occasional family errands

  • Help maintain daily routines and encourage independence
About the Family

The family lives on a beautiful ranch property in Southwest Las Vegas with several friendly animals, including dogs, cats, horses, and a bunny. They value kindness, communication, consistency, and teamwork. The child benefits from structure, positive reinforcement, and calm, supportive caregivers.

Ideal Candidate
  • Professional, dependable, and punctual
  • Warm, patient, and engaging
  • Experience with children who have developmental or medical needs required.
  • Comfortable working around multiple pets and farm animals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Non-smoker
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Looking for a long-term position with an outstanding family
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • $28–$38 per hour (DOE)
  • Weekends and major holidays off

If you're an experienced nanny looking for a meaningful long-term opportunity where you can truly make a difference in a child's life, we'd love to hear from you.
