We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of various machining processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The Laser Operator will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Operate laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize hand tools and CNC machinery for assembly and finishing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with lathe operation, plasma cutting, and tooling techniques.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Knowledge of programming CNC machines is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks.
