To thrive as a Fullstack Sr Java Developer, you need deep expertise in Java, front-end frameworks (like React or Angular), and experience with databases, paired with a relevant computer science degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with tools such as Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, version control systems (like Git), and cloud platforms is typically required, along with certifications like Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (OCPJP) being advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills help you collaborate effectively and drive complex projects to completion.
