This role focuses on building and operating modern software systems across cloud infrastructure, web applications, data pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows. Engineers are full-time employees and collaborate closely with operators and founders during critical scale phases.
This is not a traditional engineering role and not a consulting position. Engineers are embedded on the ground, solving real problems that directly affect company growth, manufacturing, logistics, or customer experience. The team is made up of experienced builders who value ownership, execution, and humility. Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
