Job Title: Sr. Fullstack Java Developer

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

JOB SUMMARY:

Sr. JAVA Developers are responsible for the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions. Senior IT Developers are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications, participation in unit testing and maintenance of planned and unplanned internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products. Senior IT Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application. Senior IT Developers lead efforts, oversee work results, provide training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years related work experience, professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
  • Proficiency programming in JavaReact JS, Node JS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript/jQuery, local storage, and cross-browser compatibility are required
  • Experience with modern web/UI development tools and techniques: Node, Webpack, Grunt/Gulp, GIT, Jest
  • Experience or Knowledge with Kore.ai is a plus.
  • Must have strong, recent Java J2EE/Spring development experience
  • Development experience with React or Node required (both would be ideal)
  • Solid knowledge of React and Redux principals and build out
  • Proficiency using MERN and MEAN Scaffolding tools
  • Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
  • Experience with container technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles, including code repository, code management, CI/CD
  • Proficiency in using GIT and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge with Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL etc

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
  • Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc
  • Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology
  • Experience with Foundation a plus
