Job description


A Videographer is responsible for creating, reviewing and editing media/content that engages with a digital audience that puts our brands at the top of the automotive industry! This includes working with brand personalities, graphic designers, and the divisional leadership to create content that achieves a multitude of objectives across social media. You will be empowered for paving the way in innovative content creation that captivates our target audience and encourages them to join our community!
To be successful as a Videographer, you must be able to understand project workflow, digital content packaging, basic cinematography, and composition.
Requirements
Job Duties
  • Under guidance from Lead, plan, film, edit, and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) that meets brand standards
  • Using various video equipment, create the necessary content to compile major video series for Youtube and Facebook.
  • Work with internal customers, clients and internal teams to create new content
  • Film and edit content on time and to the highest standard, in a rapidly changing market
  • Setup and tear down equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, etc)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • When possible, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Minimum Requirements
Education
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree
  • Associates Degree in Digital Media Technology or related field, preferred

Experience
  • 1-3 years of prior video, filming, and editing experience
  • Experience with Digital Asset management software
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects Illustrator, preferred
  • Experience with Davinici Resolve is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Expectations
  • Location: Onsite- Wrightstown, WI
  • Expected travel approximately 10%-20%
  • Track your own hours both honestly and accurately
