- Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining room - maintaining efficiency, organization, and service momentum across all meal periods at Brush Creek Ranch
- Review every plate for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before it leaves the kitchen - ensuring strict adherence to Cheyenne Club culinary standards and guest expectations
- Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special instructions clearly and promptly between the front-of-house service team and culinary staff
- Prioritize and organize food tickets to support smooth, high-volume service and minimize guest wait times throughout every shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, service stations, and work areas throughout service
