Job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. This role is ideal for experienced high-level operators who possess a strong background in writing service while also leading a team of Service Advisors. You must lead by example and be the best of the best when it comes to customer service; Sales, running strong margins and leadership. You also need the ability to handle tough situations with empathy and respect for the customers and employees. The Automotive Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a 5 star experience for both the customer and the employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and development of employees.

  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and purchasing decisions.

  • Sales and training on the phones and at the counter.

  • Ensure compliance of service writers and technicians with company processes and procedures .

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, leadership, and team management.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
