We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced A&P Technician to join our growing team.

Job Overview

As a Full-time A&P Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on general aviation aircraft. This role requires a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all work performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various general aviation aircraft, including single-engine, multi-engine, and turboprop aircraft
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft structures, systems, and components to identify any defects or areas requiring maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Repair or replace faulty aircraft components, including engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements
  • Conduct operational checks and test flights to ensure all systems are functioning correctly after maintenance or repairs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records, logbooks, and documentation in compliance with FAA regulations
  • Interpret and follow maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives
  • Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and pilots to resolve complex maintenance issues
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in aircraft maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as FAA regulations

QualificationsRequired:
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an A&P Technician in general aviation
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
