Position Overview

Kid's Thrive Dayton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time day shift. The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care while collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and families to support positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and clinical protocols.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes requiring intervention.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, care plans, and follow-up needs.
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times.
