The Opportunity

Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: St. Francis Healthcare Center

Schedule: PM and NOC Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
