Position Summary

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will oversee clinical operations during your shift, ensure quality care delivery, and provide leadership to our nursing support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes

  • Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred, but not required

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
