What You'll Do
  • Operate CNC grinding and machining equipment following standard work instructions.
  • Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance.
  • Inspect parts using gauges and precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with experienced machinists, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with precision grinding and milling machines.
  • CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
