This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Houston, TX
Full time in office position.
Job Summary: Assist in coordinating project pricing and costing with appropriate CACTUS personnel (i.e., sales, engineering, and customer service).
Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
  • Coordinates the review of customer-required terms and conditions with CACTUS legal personnel.
  • Monitors standard cost for general accuracy and elevates for review as needed to ensure accuracy of price quotations to customers.
  • Communicates with vendors, freight companies, and logistics companies to ensure that equipment, services, and freight costs are correct and up to date.
  • Coordinates approvals by management of final pricing structure and terms and conditions of quotation to ensure proposals are submitted to the customer on or before specified deadlines.
  • Ensures that a margin approval sheet is prepared, signed as per guidelines, and on file for each quote.
  • Assists with major proposal preparation.
  • Ensures the quotation's pricing, delivery, and terms and conditions accurately reflect CACTUS's ability to deliver services cost-effectively.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and employees to accomplish tasks.
  • Maintains quotation files for reference
  • Coordinates with technical illustration group to obtain drawings of the equipment per the customer's requirements.
  • Coordinates engineering review and input as necessary to develop an accurate quotation.
  • Works in accordance with the Houston Operating Procedure as it relates to this position.
  • Special projects or assignments as directed by management.

Education, Training, Experience: Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Preferred knowledge of API 6A and wellhead equipment.
  • Intermediate computer skills, intermediate language skills, intermediate mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.
