Located in the exciting community of Fort Mohave, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to our mission of excellence and growth in the cannabis industry.Your ImpactThe assembly technician is responsible for the design, development, and manufacture of packaging for company products. This individual will also track and maintain package databases and records. What You'll Do (Personnel Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.Putting together packaging of all pre-weighed products.Ensuring that products are damage-free before the packaging process.Ensuring all packages have proper labels.Counting and tracking package inventory.Maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment.Maintaining a database of packages and other necessary records.What You Bring (Qualifications)Must be at least 21 years of age.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work with hands at high/fact-pace volume.Ability to acquire a Facility Agent Card through the State. Previous experience working in a packaging facility is preferred.Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
