Support Tech needed for Austin Texas for full time position Monday through Friday
4 AM to 12 PM you would provide tech support vehicle operational support for the testing
of autonomous vehicles you need 1 year tech or IT exp. basic knowledge of Linux or Unix
Slack, Jira or similar able to troubleshoot technical problems valid license $20-$24 per hour
plus benefits weekends off

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM-12:00 PM

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support the daily operation of an autonomous vehicle fleet. This role combines technical troubleshooting, vehicle preparation, and operational support to ensure vehicles are ready for testing each day.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for daily operations
  • Perform startup and shutdown procedures
  • Check vehicle systems, lights, cables, and equipment

  • Record problems and report them to engineering teams
  • Use Linux/Unix commands to complete basic system tasks
  • Update tickets and documentation using company software
  • Move vehicles safely within the facility as needed
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient fleet operation
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, IT, operations, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Linux or Unix command line
  • Comfortable using Slack, Jira, or other ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
