Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice
Schedule: Full-time | Monday thru Thursday, 3pm - 11pm or Monday thru Friday, midnight - 8am
Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties
Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice After Hours RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
