You love working with your hands to build products. What You'll Do
- You'll assemble the product to National Assembler's specifications
- You'll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
- Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
- Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
- Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.

Qualifications
- Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.
