Services include land planning and development, architecture, industrial design, water and wastewater engineering, transportation engineering, structural engineering, MEP engineering, surveying and mapping, GIS solutions, and mine engineering services.

Role Overview:
The firm is seeking qualified Engineers to join their Longview, TX office. This full-time, on-site position requires professionals who are highly skilled in engineering design, project management, and field operations. Engineers in this role will perform detailed engineering designs, develop and review project plans, manage multiple projects, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engineering design and analysis, creating detailed plans for projects in line with industry standards.

  • Develop, review, and manage project plans, ensuring milestones are met and projects remain on schedule and within budget.

  • Perform site inspections, field assessments, and technical evaluations to verify project specifications and quality.

  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and client use.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, surveyors, and clients, to deliver coordinated and efficient project outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and best practices applicable to the engineering discipline.

  • Utilize specialized engineering software for planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or eligible for PE licensure.

  • Strong engineering design, project management, and site inspection skills.

  • Proficiency with engineering software and technical tools for analysis and planning.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in architecture, surveying, or related fields.
