WE ARE HIRING FULL TIME VISUAL STORE ASSOCIATE FOR OUR NEW UNIQLO STORE OPENING AT CONESTOGA MALL!

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Store Manager and Area Manager (Store Operations and Visual Merchandising), the Visual Store Associatewill support all aspects of the store's operation and the execution of visual presentations within the store; including but not limited to, Styling, Props, and Displays that engage, inspire and attract customers, increase sales while simultaneously communicating UNIQLO LIFEWEAR. The Visual Store Associate understands the basics of UNIQLO, manage all basic operations and store visuals in accordance with UNIQLO Rules, Policies, and Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO's values, mission and vision.
  • Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company's brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
  • Be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information to help them find the right items.
  • Contribute to maintaining the store's brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
  • Involved in development and execution of merchandise plans and sales floor plans
  • Set and execute visual merchandising strategy to maximize store sales and customer satisfaction
  • Actively solicit feedback from Store Management and Store Operations teams providing direction to foster continuous improvement
  • Regularly participate in meetings and walk-throughs with store management and provide creative input as it pertains to floor presentation, window display and product styling
  • Execute all weekly, monthly styling utilizing company's concepts based on monthly layout
  • Manage and create concepts for all window styling based on company's guideline
  • Train and develop team members
  • Additional duties as assigned by Store Management and Area Visual Manager

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience as sales associate or sales advisor with high sense of visual merchandising with fashion forward apparel retailer
  • Interested in fashion, and fond of creating coordinate and editing sales floor.
  • Strong passion to offer new value to the customers through Uniqlo products, and approach Uniqlo's new fashion style to the world.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally to achieve brand visions in stores
  • Ability to work a team for within same department and across departments and/or teams.Cross-sectional communication skill with other departments
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging and fast paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas, concept story and lead teams from conception to execution including to connect execution with business result.
  • Ability to travel to various UNIQLO locations as business trips may be required.
  • Ability to consistently workmore than 32 hoursper week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to40 hours per week. Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
