What you'll do

  • Create High Impact Content - You'll concept, film, produce and edit social content anything from short form videos and stills to some graphics. You should be fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop, and comfortable shooting and editing for different formats and platforms.
  • Execute Social Strategy - You'll lead the execution of Clutch's organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Working from an established strategic foundation, you'll bring the content pillars and calendar to life by creating and deploying content that drives growth and engagement.
  • Test, Learn and Optimize - You'll design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to uncover what drives performance across our channels. You'll analyze results via our social listening tool and internal dashboards, share insights, and adjust strategies based on data, continuously refining content to improve engagement and reach.
  • Champion the Brand on Social - You will ensure all social content reflects clutch's brand voice, visual identity and tone. You will act as the steward of our brand online.
  • Monitor Trends and Competitors - You will stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates and competitor activity. You will bring new ideas and inspiration to the table regularly to help us maintain innovation on the platform.
  • Measure and Report - You will track key performance metrics across platforms, analyze what's working and prepare insights and recommendations to guide the future strategy.

You'll be great in this role if:

  • Health & dental benefits
  • Parental leave top-up
  • In office environment
