If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a unique opportunity to support a variety of critical, patient care services in the outpatient setting, with no weekends, no night shifts, and no holidays, we have the position for you.ย 


We are seeking a full-time RN to join the WMC Clinical Support Services Team, where your work will support and enhance patient care in multiple specialties (Primary Care/Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Rheumatology/Infusion, Dermatology).ย 


The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, direct patient care proficiency, accountability, detail-oriented focus, communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as be self-directed. ย ย ย ย 


The Clinical Support Services Registered Nurse RN will:

  • Patient Medication Support: Review and process medication refill requests and act as a resource for patient medication questions and new medication follow-up assessments
  • Pharmacy Services Support: Staff and coordinate WMC's new Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) department
  • Patient Test Result Support: Review and communicate diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, and other test results, acting as a liaison between patient and provider
  • Patient Care In-basket Support: Review patient communications and questions and provide timely responses to routine questions, triaging more complex issues when needed
  • Direct Patient Care Support: Perform independent Annual Wellness examinations, infusions, injections/immunizations, and assist with complex medical procedures when needed
  • Clinical Education Support: Develop and present occasional clinical education programs or competencies and act as a resource and role model enhancing the abilities and knowledge of other clinical support staffย

Minimum Requirements of the Clinical Support Services Registered Nurse RN position:

  • Current Montana or multi-state compact license with Montana practice authorization
  • Current (if possible) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
